We've just arrived to Skierniewice. This nice man, who was waiting for us on the railway station is mr Wokujski (the main haracter from the famous writer Bolesław Prus' book)

In Skierniewice we were greeted by the Skierek's elder brother - Skiernisław.
Skiernisław says that the history of this city is inextricably linked to the breeding apples and showed the statue-fountain, a little boy who since childhood fascination with apples and founded the local Institute of Horticulture.

This is the Skierniewice's main square and the town hall.
At the center of the square a large fountain.
It's a pity that today it is too cold to take a bath.

As you know, Warsaw was almost all destroyed during World War II. This is one of the buildings in the center, a survivor and a symbol of Polish Fighting on it.

And now we are in one of the most beautiful parks in Warsaw - Saski Park. Here we admire the beauties of nature, fountains and visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
