Hey mom!
After a short trip I arrived with Robby - a very nice trip, by the way - to Lilian's house. She's very happy for hosting us!!
Tiger Zé was there to welcome us! He's so sweet! And he was very impressed when we told our adventures!! He hopes to travel soon! (Lilian don't know yet if he will travel).
We became friends quickly!!
We stayed at home, at last, we was tired of travelling! I think we'll have a nice stay at Lilian's house!!

São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil - 24th January 2009

Well, today Lilian showed me some things at her house.
At first me and Plof met Lilian's pets, Pricky and Milady, two 'girls' who treat us very well!
Me, Robby and Milady:
Me, Robby and Pricky
After this, we saw some flowers. Lilian loves flowers, but this one is the unique in bloom right now.
It's name in Brazil is "Onze Horas" (something like "11 am"), because this flower open only during the morning - by 11am!!!
Cute, right?
We helped Lilian with scrapbooking too. She's a scrapbooking addict! It was awsome checking out her scrap stuff!
And guess what I found, mom? YES!! A HEART! A plush heart to be exact. It was among Lilian's scrap stuff:
AND A PINK FLOWER!!! aaaaawwww
We found some embellishments which we used as costumes! We was ready for a party!!!
Look at me mom!! A necklace full of hearts!! And pink!!! Definetively, I'm in heaven!!! What do you think of my cute costume??
At last we checked out Lilian's scrap album:
I'm having a great time mom! I'll post more stuff soon!!

São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil - 1st February 2009
By: mizlilian
Hi Mom!
After a long rainy week, finally we had a beautiful sunny sunday... so Lilian took me and Robby to her favourite park in the city, named 'Vicentina Aranha'.
A overview of the park:
The park was created in 1924 to be an hospital for tuberculosis patients - São José dos Campos was known as a good place to treat this disease. In the 80's, they turned the hospital into a eldery shelter, till 2004, when it was closed and finally bought by Major's Bureau to became a park.
Is such a beautiful place, with trees, track for a walk, chapel... I loved it! Is a nice place to have a peaceful day and maybe a pic-nic!
Here, me and Robby in front of the main pavillion:
Me, in front of the beautiful chapel:
Me and Robby playing at the garden:
Here we are looking for a fresh place to stay - it was really hot!!!
We found a fountain, and we're anxious for some water - but the fountain was dry! Anyway, is such a pretty fountain!
There were some animals too. Look! Hens and a turkey!
The walking way:
Backside of main pavillion:
Pink flowers! AWSOME:
This a very interesting tree with such a different fruit. It's name in Portuguese is JACA, is a very common fruit in Brazil, but Lilian Told us she doesn't apreciate this fruit at all!
Such a big fruit! We asked Lilian to come closer:
Definetively, it was a very funny day! I'm loving this stay!

São José dos Campos, SP, BRAZIL - 19th February 2009
By: mizlilian
Hey mom!
Here I am again. Don't worry, I'm well and enjoying a lot my stay!
Today Lilian took me and Robby to Burle Marx Park, here in São José dos Campos. Burle Marx was an famous artist, who was a Brazilian landscape designer (besides being a painter, ecologist and naturalist) - Lilian told us there is a Wikipedia item about him! Burle Marx worked on this place, that was a work and a farm in the past, and its owner was too famous in São José dos Campos!
It's such a nice place to stay, to walk or to do a pic-nic!
Here I am, in front of a beautiful garden with a little lake:
And at the biggest lake in the park:
Another angle of the lake:
Here's a panel by Burle Marx, in the main house in the park:
Look! We found a huge crocodile!!!
But no worries! The crocodile is very nice. We even became friends! And he's carrying us in its mouth, look:
The sun was brightin' and it was such a perfect day!
