Hello mum !

Today we went on a fun fair. It was a lot of fun and we saw a lot of things, so I have some photos to share now. We won’t comment them all, if you want to know something, you can ask BlackCat. She said she isn’t able to write to all the attractions something in English and the others comment themselves. Hope, you don’t mind! Hey Mum !

Today we visited the castle ruin Altendorf.


Here you can see the ruin from the street.


That's how the ruin could have looked in 1200.

Maybe we will visit it again to get more infos about it. But I am not sure about that. For now we left and I am home, sleeping now.

Hey mum,

today we went to the "Veltins Arena". BlackCat took me with her and wanted to show me around. So here we go.


This is the place for the training, most of the times.

When there were interviews some years ago they were made here (but this is from the old Parkstadion!).

BlackCat had the wonderful idea to show me another soccer stadium today...but she forgot that the women soccer world cup was there...so just a quick photo for you and we will go there again later.

Hey,

as BlackCat didn't want to go home without seeing a stadium, we went to the one of BVB 09. She wasn't really happy there, as she is fan of FC Schalke 04, but it was okay for her. I hope you like the photos as well.

Hey !

Today was the Beginning of the season at Schalke and BlackCat went there with her boyfriend and another friend. I was really excited, as I was allowed to go with her. But she only had the time for one photo of me inside the Veltins Arena.



We wanted to get autographs of the players, but the row was all around the stadium and BlackCat wasn't feeling that well to stand in line for such a long time. So we saw Benedikt Höwedes from far away, which was okay. He looks nice !

Today we visited the Margarethenhöhe, which is a part of Essen.

Here you have some infos that wikipedia has:
Founded by Margarethe Krupp in 1906, the garden city with its 3092 units in 935 buildings on an area of 115 ha (284.2 acres) (of which 50 ha are woodland) is considered the first of its kind in Germany. All buildings follow the same stylistic concept, with slight variations for each one. Although originally designed as an area for the lower classes with quite small flats, the old part Margarethenhöhe I has developed into a middle class residential area and housing space has become highly sought after. A new part, Margarehenhöhe II, was built in the 1960s and 1970s but is architecturally inferior and especially the multi-storey buildings are still considered social hot spots.

BlackCats boyfriend is working in a company which is located in the Margarethenhöhe, so he knows some nice places where the tourists normally don't go. But see yourself, we made a lot photos this time.

Hello ,

today was a long and nice day. We made 2 long walks, but first I show you the first walk.

We visited the Zoo today. It is called Zoom in Gelsenkirchen. It has 3 parts: Alaska, Africa and Asia. We saw a lot nice animals and some of them even had babies. But see yourself!






















That's Antonia. She is NO baby polar bear, she is vertically challenged. She is really old already. And she has to life alone, as the other polar bears would kill her...















































That was a long walk. I loved the zoo. What do you think?

Hello again,

later that day we had a walk in Hattingen Blankenstein. It is a part of Hattingen, where you can see a castle and such. It is really old and I loved it a lot. Hopefully you like the photos as well.
