Terry is coming - and we are leaving

Hi Mommy,

today, a new toy voyager arrived at Anja's house: Terry the Tiger!

What a bit guy!!! We were a little scared of him at first, but he told us he does not eat other TV's.  What a relief! I did not survive the dragons to be eaten by a tiger! 

Here we are all together:

And then it was time for Wusch and me to leave Germany. Anja says we are going to Hong Kong next! WOW!!!!!

So all the other TV's waved goodbye to us



Hong Kong, wow! 

I'm so excited! I am glad Wusch is traveling with me, because that sure is far away!

Leaving for Hong Kong!

Hi Mommy,

today was the last day at Anja's house for Wusch and me.

Anja has adopted two new little baby rats: Jacky (creme with white) and Joey (creme color), and they came to kiss us goodbye.



Then Anja put us in an envelope, and off we went to Hong Kong!



We sure hope the trip won't be long!

We missed you  Wusch and I arrived in Sophia's place last week, nice and safe However, there was something wrong with Sophia's computer and we cannot update the blog

Hi mom!
I and Wusch arrived to Finland 2 days ago! Our new host Sini seems to be nice and she has some plans of what we will do while the stay in Finland. But I won't tell you yet!

18th century market, Isokyrö

Hi mummy!

We had a really nice weekend as we went to a market that was of a 18th century theme. We travelled to a town called Isokyrö by car.



When we arrived there, we had to leave our car to a parking place and then this old tractor took us to the market place!



And here's the market.





The market was held in a museum area where there were some old buildings and this old church. We wanted to see what it looked like inside!







These young ladies are sister and cousin of my host, they were dressed in old clothes because they were selling some handcraft with their aunt.



So then we went to see their selling table.



They had very cute things to sell





Before leaving we sneaked into one of the old buildinds.



It was very beautiful from inside.





It was a really happy day, we had so much fun!

Hello!
Today we walked aroud the garden. We saw many interesting things. Sini, our host, said that today was probably one the last nice and warm days this year in Finland. It really is getting colder already!

Before going outside, we wanted to take a picture with these moomins



And then we headed to the garden.

Here are some flowers in front of an old pig house.





We ate these red berries, they were very tasty.



There were also two appletrees. I tasted a bit of one apple but it wasn't good, then Sini told that they aren't ready yet, but will be in a month.



Our current home is surrounded by fields. They are now golden yellow and  these oats are soon ready to be treshed.





Because we're quite far up north, some of the leaves in trees are already losing their colour.





Then before going back to the house we met 3 cats. There were 2 grey-brown adults, and a white-grey who was still a kitten, very cute one.











We haven't yet shown you where we particularly are, so here's the place (Ylihärmä) marked on the map of Finland.

Hi mom!

Yesterday our host told that she likes to send letters and she needs more envelopes.
We decided to help her make some!

First we needed paper. We took old magazines and tried to find cool pictures that would look nice as envelopes.
Here are some magazines and 2 pictures already cut to the shape.



Then we ripped off the nicest looking pages.



Here is what we needed next.



Wusch draw the shape of the envelope on the papers and I cut them out.





Then we added glue and put the sides together.



Here is the result! Quite nice, aren't they?

Hi mom!

Today we helped our host to do garden work, there was a huge amount of leaves on the ground and we had to get them off from it.



They had to be combed.



And then we put them into a wheelbarrow.



When we were ready with the leaves, we helped to put flowers in new flower pots.









Beautiful, aren't they?



These two cats were curious to see what we were doing and other of them went into the paper bag!
