Last Friday I went to the soccer stadium of Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Isa's son Tim had trainings and while we waited until he finnished, Isa showed me the area and we had a coffee and some cake.

Guess what? We went to a Supertramp concert last night!
I enjoyed it very much.
The band said that it was there second concert in 8 years so very special! )

So Isagv took me to my 4th Postcrossing meeting today.
This time in Cologne. (Remember, I was in Helsinki, Holland and Brussels before)
MichaelK, Tweets, SonjaB, Weltenbummler and Nicky86 also joined. We had a lot of fun.
I did not made it to starbucks but I made it to "Café Extrablatt" and I also saw the huge Kölner DOM, (Cathedral, World Heritage UNESCO)

Today is an exiting day, I will travel toooo ????

On my way to ??? I had a 5 hours stop in Istanbul (airport) where I could drink a latte at Starbucks! 

I landet in Iran where I visited the blue mosque in Tabriz with Isa and her friend Ipuenktchen.

Ipuenktchen is the one who now takes care of me. 
Isa, Ipuenktchen and I also travelled to Teheran and we visited a postcrossing meeting in Tabriz but let my new host ipuenktchen tell you about this.

I was really thrilled when ISAGV surprised me when we came out from our plane and we saw ipuenktchen!! she took a photo of me and dear isagv, newly arrived in another country!!!! IRAN!! we both were pretty tired....

as we arrived at tabriz airport at 3 AM, we took a nap and had breakfast at 1o AM. after we went downtown to have a look around where ipue is living!!!?!

first we went to tabriz' most famous sightseeing site, the BLUE MOSQUE!! as you can understand by the above pics, I said GOOD BYE to dear ISAGV and thanks her a lot as it was nice with her and her family and all the animals!!

IPUENKTCHEN welcomed me in tabriz and up from now takes care of me! the photos you can see above, too!

then we entered the blue mosque!! I had never been in a mosque before!!?! but this one is announced as a museum and so we hadn't got out our shoes! it was so beautiful with all this nice blue colour around - it remembered me the flag of my home country and my dress even!!!!

last but not least we had a look at the bazar and saw this beautiful fruits: pomegranates!

today ipue had the gorgeous idea to arrange a breakfast-picnic with her friends in the park nearby EL GOLI, the other famous sightseeing site of her 2nd home town!! they came and picked us up and we stayed there for 2 - 3 hours...

the same day in the afternoon was the great moment of the
3rd international tabriz postcrossing meeting!!!!

we left tabriz at midnight by bus and arrived at 7 AM in tehran!

for sure at first we went to the post office and sent out our mail all over the world *smile*

later the same day we had some sightseeing in this 14-million-city with its awfull traffic.........

and as you can imagine we had a meetup in tehran, too!!!!!

later we would leave tehran forward to tabriz - but what a surprise!! we'll go by a PORSCHE-car!!!?!?!?

on FRI morning everybody was too tired to bring us to kandovan..
finally it was ipue's close friend monika who was so kind to do it!!
how impressing - ppl are still living in a kind of caves scarved in the tuffstone-mountains 6o km far from tabriz beside the sahand mountains!!?!

downstairs they have their stables, then the kitchen and living room and upstairs the bedrooms. can you imagine there are still some ppl from tehran, buying one of the caves as a *weekend villa*!!?!?!

and even if you like you may spend the night in a 5-star-hotel in some parts of these caves!!!!!!!?!?!

EDIT: are these the *mountains* my mom requested as a life mission for me????
