Central, Hong Kong, China - 24th May 2010

By: vivyanhui

It's a day in Central, here it got many tall buildings,
everyone has their own features, so it's eay to identify.
And here's the tram too!

Behind me is the Legislative Council Building,
It looks very different among all buildings due to it's western style.
It's not open to public unless it's the open day,
so I just took a few photos outside.

Western Market, Hong Kong, China - 26th May 2010

By: vivyanhui

Western Market is a remarkable building and it's a landmark in the district.
I just wonder why there's a nut cracker at the entrance?  :stare:

It is a well-known place of cloth and experienced-tailor,
there are kinds of cloth for you to choose, it's just like a maze!
Many tourists come here to make there ideal clothes.

Outside the building, it's a high bridge and busy road,
and from the roadsigns on the bridge, you can see the "mickey" logo that leads to the Disneyland.

Outer Space, Hong Kong, China - 5th June 2010

By: vivyanhui

You know what?!?! What I did today was just COOL!!!  B)
I went to the Space Museum at Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon with my TV friends here,
Michel, Michel & Hypno-dog.
It's a sphere shape building and really looks like a giant white egg.

Inside we saw some exhibits showing the law of gravity,
the solar system, and the most unforgettable experience is...
I was in the outer space~  :cyclops:

Man Mo Temple, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong - 12th June 2010

By: vivyanhui

This is one of the well-known temple in Hong Kong,
it's called "Man Mo Temple". 文武廟
It locates on the Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan.

In chinese, 文 "man" means those who are good at study,
or having a stable job, for example, clerk or professor;
武 "mo" means those who good at exercises or kung fu.

It's very big and has a pair of rock lions right in front of the entrance.  :)
A lot of people went inside to worship,
Durinf the exam period, many parents will come here to pray for good results for their children.

Next to the Temple, there's an antique selling store,
which is in a eastern architecture style.
There is also other service like fortune telling near the Temple.
Your future can be told by looking at your face and hands!  :o

It's an old style building with red bricks,
there are various kind of medical herbs planted around the building.

Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China - 14th June 2010

By: vivyanhui

I just can't believe my eyes!
Here there are thousands of neon light signages along the street...  :o

people, cars, signages, salesmen, shops, advertisements...  :o
crowded but nice experience!

I also met a shop that sells herbal jelly,
so as some toy machines, it works this way:
when you insert a coin, usually HK$5.0 or HK$10.0,
then you will have a chance to turn the button,
then the toys inside will come out randomly,
all the toys are put inside an egg shaped container,
so people used to call them "egg toy".  ;)

Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China - 14th June 2010

By: vivyanhui

Great farewell dinner before leaving~  :p

I had sushi and it's a food that very new to me.
The dishes are put onto a circular track and wait till somone choose them.
I want to take a ride on the track but stopped by Vi,
because people will definitely don't want to see a frog sitting among the dishes,
and they may scream too.  :cyclops:
I don't want to frighten others and don't want to be naughty,
so I just sat there and have a yummy dinner.
