Remscheid, Germany - 22nd April 2010
By: olgamaus
Hello,
my name is Steve_F. I was named after the famous adventurer, sailor and aviator Steve Fossett. Like all my friends I was named after a famous person which was celebrating her birthday on that same day when my mentor made me a ToyVoyager. Unfortunately my namesake died in 2007. I hope to step into Steve's shoes and become a famous adventurer like him.
My hometown is Remscheid in North Rhine-Westphalia. I will be released into the wild somewhere in the Ruhr region.
Here you can see with all my friends which will be released into the wild at the first weekend in May 2010.
I would like to see some of the places my namesake saw or do some of the things my namesake also did.
If you should find me, please take some photos showing me an the place you visited with me. You can update the photos here in my travelog.
Thank you
Steve_F.

Paris, France - 6th August 2010
By: Von
Steve travelled with Yvonne from Perth in Western Australia and flew via Dubai to Paris. Steve accompanied Yvonne to many wonderful places in France. He saw the beautiful French countryside, visited the French Riviera; travelled to Arles to see the place which inspired so much of Van Gogh's work and travelled on to the exquisite walled town of Carcasonne. After visiting the famed town of Lourdes, Steve ventured across to the west coast of France where he went up the mountainside by funicular train to the border of Spain at Le Rhune. Steve gazed out on the beautiful Atlantic at Biarritz. He then travelled into the famous Bordeaux wine region and continued on through Brittany to the site of the Normandy landing at Omaha Beach on the north west coast. After a visit to Monet's glorious water garden and house in Giverney; Steve completed his travels of France by returning to Paris to view the amazing Palace of Versaille, Eiffel Tower, Napoleon's tomb, Montmartre and Seine River cruise sights. What a fantastic time he had enjoyed.
