You maybe want to know, how to do the updates and thing with the photos. So here I want to try to help you:
There are two possibilities to upload the photos. You can resize your photos on your computer via irfanview or photoscape or something similiar. Then you can upload the photos to the toyvoyager site directly. But you also can upload the photos to flickr or something and then you have the possibility to write a text - add a photo - write text - add another photo and so on. If you do it the first way - uploading to toyvoyagers site directly- you can only write a text and add all photos at the end. I hope, you know, what I mean. It's not that easy to explain in another language, but I will try it again, if you didn't understand.
It is nice, if the photos aren't too small, but they also shouldn't be too large
Usually a toyvoyager stays for a month, but if you have any trip planned or even something else, of which you think, that it could be interesting, just let me know and the toyvoyager can stay with you a bit longer - as long as we stay in contact. I had toyvoyagers, that stayed at the same place for one year and we saw some great updates. One hint for the photos: The toyvoyager should be on each of them - only if you have to zoom (which should be seldom), then of course it would be too blurry with it. I usually hold the toyvoyager in armlenght in front of me and the camera close to me, so it isn't blurry. I try to take photos with more than an ear of the toyvoyager, if you know, what I mean - I saw many photos, which show only a small feathery edge of the toy

St.Petersburg, Russia - 25th July 2010

Hi Mom! My trip to Russia was long, but interesting. Unfortunately when I arrived my host Elena had already left for her big journey around Siberia. So I waited for her at home. But I wasn't bored! I had a great company of local guys. We made good friends!
When Elena came we went for a walk to the nearest park - I like trees, you know!
Elena's husband Alex bought me a bottle of "Tarhun" - it's Russian non-alcoholic sweet drink. I like it!
Tomorrow we're planning to do a lot of things!
Bye!

Moscow, Russia - 30th July 2010
By: aneletro
Hi there!
I woke up at 10 a.m. in the train, it has sitting places, quite comfortable. We'll travel for two hours more.
We're passing many villages, forests. lakes, rivers - it's very interesting to watch!
Great! there's Moscow subway map on the wall. Let's look fot the route we need.. It's better to write it down. Moscow subway is much bigger and more complicated than St.Petersburg's.
Finally we're at Leningradskiy raiway station. It is situated at the square of three stations, so you can imagine what a crowded place it is.
Now we're in the hotel's hall. My host's husband is in the queue at the check-in. My host says it always takes them a lot of time to register. But the hotel is beautiful - very high and modern.
This is our room on the 7th floor. Can you find me there?
The view is cool!
Great to have shower after a long night trip in the train. The hat is little too big
While my host's husband was on business meetings, we decided to walk around - not very far. Of course, there's a big shopping mall just round the corner.
And here's another reason of our journey - a rock concert of my host's favourite band. She was so much happy to see them! However, she asked me to stay away from the crowd or I could get lost. So me and Alex spent our time in the bar downstairs.
We stayed up all night long! walked around te centre of Moscow, got acquainted with local guys (they asked what a little elephant can do so late in the bar) and saw a beautiful sunrise!
Nightlife is great, but we all definetly need to have some sleep.. There're not so many people at the subway station - it's Saturday morning.
Tomorrow (or today?) we'll try to catch up with our Big Journey Plan
Good... night? morning?

I just arrived at my new host families house! It was a super long journey from Russia but the postman got me here just in time to jump in the camper and head off for a spooky Halloween weekend with the Crates. Bailey (the Jack Russell) thought I was a new toy that had some just for her to play with! YIKES! But my host mommy saved me and now she just smells me alot. Alicia (my host mommy) will put up some photos when she figures this out and you can see the great weekend I had visiting STONEHENGE an UNESCO World Heritage site.
