You maybe want to know, how to do the updates and thing with the photos. So here I want to try to help you:
There are two possibilities to upload the photos. You can resize your photos on your computer via irfanview or photoscape or something similiar. Then you can upload the photos to the toyvoyager site directly. But you also can upload the photos to flickr or something and then you have the possibility to write a text - add a photo - write text - add another photo and so on. If you do it the first way - uploading to toyvoyagers site directly- you can only write a text and add all photos at the end. I hope, you know, what I mean. It's not that easy to explain in another language, but I will try it again, if you didn't understand.
It is nice, if the photos aren't too small, but they also shouldn't be too large
Usually a toyvoyager stays for a month, but if you have any trip planned or even something else, of which you think, that it could be interesting, just let me know and the toyvoyager can stay with you a bit longer - as long as we stay in contact. I had toyvoyagers, that stayed at the same place for one year and we saw some great updates. One hint for the photos: The toyvoyager should be on each of them - only if you have to zoom (which should be seldom), then of course it would be too blurry with it. I usually hold the toyvoyager in armlenght in front of me and the camera close to me, so it isn't blurry. I try to take photos with more than an ear of the toyvoyager, if you know, what I mean - I saw many photos, which show only a small feathery edge of the toy

Koblenz, Germany - 1st June 2009
By: fam-united
Petra and her family visited Ralf's aunt and uncle in Koblenz today. They also invited Ralf's parents to join them - and us, of course.
Koblenz is a city situated on both banks of the Rhine at its confluence with the Moselle, where the Deutsches Eck (German Corner) and its monument (Emperor William I on horseback) are situated.

It is raining cats and dogs and the thunder is very loud. Petra says, that the thunderstorm is just over Bruchsal. Later we read in the newspapers, that one house burnt. Thank Godness, nobody got hurt.
Here you see two views out of Petra's bedroom.

Petra's daughter is on the way to Stockholm, Sweden. It is her first flight and she is very nervous and so is Petra. She took three toyvoyager with her: Precious, Kari and Hasi. So of course we are excited too. Here I watch the flight and the airplanes arrival in Stockholm.
Petra's daughter sings in a choir, which takes part at the big Pueri Cantores Festival in Stockholm.

New Norcia, Western Australia - 6th June 2010
By: hmassese
Today, Simba Leon and his host Heather went to New Norcia, two hours north of Perth. They visited a very old Monestary that was built back in the 1840s! The monks were sent to Australia to help the native aboriginal people. Both Heather and Simba Leon hadnt been before so it was a good day out!
There were many old church buildings and a lot of history. The monks still live there today and bake some very yummy bread!
After looking at lots of churches, Simba Leon thought he would see what it was like to live like a koala so he climbed into a eucalyptus tree for a taste of the leaves but didnt like them! So instead he tried out what koalas do best-sleeping on branches!!

Bruchsal, Germany - 9th June 2011
By: fam-united
I arrived today at my family's home. Thank you to my host in Australia. It is a fantastic country and I want to go there again one day.
I have to decide, what I will do now. But I'm really tired and go to bed at first. My family told me, that they will go on holiday tomorrow. They will drive to Denmark and stay there for a while. I'm not sure, if I will just relax at home or travel with them. Ohhhh, I'm soooo tired. Maybe I just can't think anymore. I'm babbling on and on. I will decide tomorrow.
Good night, Simba Leon

Hannover, Germany - 11th June 2011
By: fam-united
Hi Mum,
something exciting happened yesterday. We sat there and waited for our host to come home from school. When she arrived, she took us and --- everything got dark. Then we felt, that she carried us outside the house into the car. For a long time it was only dark. In the early early morning - it might have been short after midnight - we were carried away again. Still we didn't know, what had happened.
We were so tired from all this waggling in the car, that we fell asleep - we even didn't know, where we were.
But this morning we awoke in this bed - fresh and fit for the day. Our host told us, that we were on the way to Denmark and that we slept at a motel in Hannover. The bed was a bit hard, but nevertheless much better than a night on a resting place along the autobahn.
Here you see us all still sleeping and then playing after we woke up. We already had a lot of fun.
Our room was right above the entrance - a place, where everyone had been able to look on the bed from the outside and a place, where you could smell the smoke of all cigaretts the other guests smoked in front of the entrance
Bye, Simba Leon

Hanstholm, Denmark - 13th June 2011
By: fam-united
Today we had rainy weather, so we only went outside to sit in the car and drive to go shopping at Aldi in Hanstholm.
We bought some pepper sauce there for dinner. Ralf cooked some red cabbage, meatballs and (not selfmade) spaetzle.

On our way home we stopped at Vestervig Abbey, also known as Vestervig Church, which was established in about 1059 making it one of Denmark's most ancient religious houses. The abbey is located at Vestervig, Thisted, in extreme northern Jutland.
