Hello!
This is my last update from Spain, guess why? I'm leaving to China tomorrow! Isn't that awesome? I want to be there already! I'll probably be 3/4 weeks there and after that I'll visit Japan!

Today we go to BaoSteel Theatre. There is a Hong Kong activity around this week.

The theatre is sturctured and decorated with steel.




This is the stage of the theatre.


These seats are for audience which can accept 2000 people.

Eva shows me around the different part of the expo every day.
Today we visit the Europe area. A great amount of pavillions come into sight
This is Lithuania Pavillion. It is a country famous for its basketball and balloon.


There is a French band plays rock music here. It's amazing!

As Eva is a volunteer working for the ferry dock, we have a walk along the river when she is off duty.
This is the mother river of Shanghai---Huangpu River

Hello there!
Today we go into several pavillions
First of all, we go to the colorful Sweden Pavillion. It shows us various brilliant ideas of future life of people.



Then, we go to the Australian Pavillion. It tells us the history of Australia by using cartoon figures.The dim light makes the photo not so clear.


The third arrival is the UK Pavillion.

This pavillion is built with several kinds of seeds. And there are plenty of  plants inside it.They remind us to be friendly to the nature.

Last but not least, we go to the Italian Pavillion. The artistic works attract me so much. A large amounts of photos are as followed
















Now we walk into the Italian food exhibition.Red wine and various kinds of SPAGHETTI

Hi Mummy,
I'm in a small park called Kikaku Koen, about 15km South-East from Takamatsu.
It's a warm day, though it is December.
They say that this summer was very hot and Autumn came late.
Colored leaves are still there. It's beautiful

Hi, Mum! In Japan Christmas is not a holiday. They go to work as usual. 
This is a landmark building in Takamatsu city. Look, a lighting Christmas tree on the wall (Can you see?) 

And this is a Christmas deco "Tiramisu" cake!!

New Year's Day
The first nice thing on the New Year Day is receiving Nengajo - New Year's card.
Japanese custom of sending New Year's cards is somewhat similar to the Western practice of exchanging Christmas cards.
However, Japanese New Year's cards should not arrive before New Year's Day. Commonly, New Year's cards are mailed in the middle of December, and they are delivered early on the morning of New Year's Day.
2011 is the year of Rabbit in Asian countries.
Here is hanachan's nengajo this year. hanachan has Rabbit's ears.


Specially prepared New Year's food, Osechi ryori is arranged in lacquer boxes.
And a special New Year's soup with Mochi (rice cakes), vegetables, etc. It called Zouni.
In Takamatsu, they use Anko-mochi (sweet red bean paste in rice cakes). It's very special one which is not in the other areas.
