I just received the happy couple - Mary and Jerry!  They were a little tired from the long journey but seemed to be happy to have had the quality time alone together - as do most honeymooners :-)  They want a bit of a rest before I take pictures or show them around - I will be sure to post some soon!!

Mary and Jerry have been having a swell time here in Louisiana!! They are visiting with me in Southwest Louisiana, but we had to make a trip to the New Orleans area across the Causeway Bridge:


But first a trip to Starbucks for a caramel Frappachino:


Here we are waiting to pay the toll:


We were traveling for a while before the happy couple got a little restless:


I explained to them that the bridge is nearly 24 miles long and one of the longest bridges of it's kind in the world.  They could hardly believe it!!
Needless to say - they were happy to be across such a long bridge when we got to the end!!
