HI MUMMY!!
I HAVE ARRIVED IN BERLIN 
It's very nice here and I even met some new friends: two cute little guinea pigs. Their names are Quamquam (the brown one) and Klea (the black one). I will stay here till New Year's day I think...

Today my host Marie, her family and I went shopping in a big shopping center. When we arrived we were very hungry and I got a tasty fruit yoghurt. YUM!!
The decoration was very nice, too. Just look at the Christmas circus or the big Christmas tree.

It's the second advent today!! Because the weather outside was horrible I spent the whole day at home. I was very lazy and got up at 12:00pm(!). At the moment I'm watching TV and eating apples.
Now I have enough energy for the coming days in Berlin. I will do many funny things but I won't tell you now .

Hello Mum,
today I helped Marie and her little sister to bake cookies. They were delicous!!! And look, one cookie looked just like me! Can you detect who of us is the cookie and who is the real CrazyEye?

Hi again,
today is St. Nicholas Day!! Because of that I looked into Marie's boot to find some sweets. But there was nothing inside, Marie was faster than me . But of course I got some sweets, too.
On friday I will go outside the first time . During the week Marie doesn't have time for that because she has to do all this BORING things for school (for example practising for a presentation in English but I help her, of course)

I'm really looking forward to Christmas!! Today Marie showed me her Advent calendar. It looks very nice. And 5 minutes ago she set up a little Christmas tree (not a real one) which glows very beautiful. (Can you see me on the picture with the tree? I'm at the bottom middle of it.)

While Marie was in school it was very boring for me because I stayed at home. But then I found a little drum kit and I played it. That was great !!
I also read Marie's favourite book "Felidae". It's about a tomcat who tries to solve a criminal case. I like it but some parts were really scary. I hope I don't get nightmares .
Anyway, tomorrow I will go OUTSIDE!!

Mummy, Mummy, I finally was outside!!
Marie lives on the tenth floor of a high rise. Fortunately there is a lift which brought us down . Today is a very sunny, snowless winterday as you can see on the photos. I borrowed the scooter which Marie's sister made for all small TV's (isn't that brilliant?) and then Marie showed me the house with a big meadow and a little playground in front of it. The grass is sooooo soft . When it's warm, Marie likes to sit there together with her guinea pigs.
Don't worry, this is not the end of my adventures outside but for now it is.

We went to another shopping center today: "Alexa". As the name says, it is on "Alexanderplatz". I will visit this place two more times to see the sights and the Christmas market which are there. Alexa is a very big shopping center. There are many clothes shops and some toy- and jewelry shops, too. The Christmas decoration here is also very nice. On the way back we saw a little Christmas market and there a shop where very very very beautiful baubles were sold. Of course we had to buy some. Look how lovely they are .

Happy third Advent, Mum!
The perfect day to buy a Christmas tree. I helped to decorate it with baubles, a little bear, a fir cone and even a candy cane. The tree looks very nice now. It looks so nice that birds came and made a nest between it's branches and QuamQuam and Klea like the Chrismas tree so much they could eat it . I'm very tired now. I think I go to be... zzz..zzz..zzz..

YIPPIE!! Today is the winter concert of Marie's school . I write about it tomorrow because I'll come back very late.
I already hear the Christmas songs ...

Mum, the concert was GREAT. It took place in a hall of "Freizeit Forum Marzahn". Again I saw nice Christmas decoration . The whole hall was full of people and all looked sooo beautiful. The concert consisted mostly of Christmas songs but there were also two dance performances and pupils who played samba rhythms on bongos. The whole show took three hours(!) but it was worth the time. Because Marie attended in the concert (she sang in the school choir), her little sister took a few photos and here they are.

Oh, I've forgotten to say that a new TV has arrived: Cessy . I think we'll have fun together

Hello Mummy,
the weather outside is terrible and so Cessy and I stayed at home. But we weren't lazy, we wanted to know each other better. So we played cards and looked at the Christmas decoration in the living room. Finally Marie taught us how to see 3D pictures in a magic eye book. This was one of the most interesting things I've ever learned!! To see the 3D picture you have to look "into" the design which you can see on the photo. If you do it right, you see an elephant. REALLY

Cessy and I like each other very much. We are good friends now

Today the weather was perfect. That was good because so we could go to the Christmas market. I was so excited!! When we arrived the first thing we saw was a very beautiful carousel.
The Christmas market was a big one with many carousels, lights, snack bars and especially many people. I never saw so many people on one place.
But the highlight was riding the big wheel. It was about 40 meters high and you could see the whole Christmas market from high above. I loved it but Cessy is a bit afraid of heights I think...
Later we enjoyed some "Mutzenmandeln" and we looked at different scenes from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs".
