Travelog for: Midori Rabbit

I am helping to make Christmas presents before I travel to Germany for Christmas. My mentor gave me my xmas present early. I have a lovely new scarf that she crocheted in my favorite color <3

Well, I can't make it to Germany for xmas, but at least I'll be with my family for the holidays! We decorated the white tree with the ornaments we've been making this year. They are all steampunk... except for a few sentimental ornaments that we did not make ourselves.

Oh! And I posed in Jane's Hat, from the tv series Firefly. It's an old series that didn't last long, but they have a lot of fans. My mom bought the hat for dad.

Dear Mum!!! It was a long journey. Now, I'm arrived in Germany. It is very cold, but there is no snow in the west part. Today I will do nothing, only relaxing. After my arrived I got to know many new friends. I think I will like it here very much. Lot of regards from Essen, Germany your Midori!!!

Today I made a short trip. I had a lot of fun. I played with my friends outside. I am also climbed. My great sightseeing tour will follow soon. The last week my host was very busy. But for me it wasn´t a problem. Regards from Germany, Midori

Second day of my little trip to Haltern am See. Today I look around the ship channel. I saw a ship in the lock. Very interesting.

My third day of my trip now. It was wonderful. After my tour I will go back to Essen town. I heard Toki has arrived. I'm so excited.

Winter is here. It is frozen day and night.  So far still no snow. Toki has arrived. I was surprised and very pleased. I also have a new friend. She is a squirrel and is called Claire. Today we were at Baldeney hole. The lake was frozen over. We had great fun despite the cold.

Toki showed me the Diners restaurant. I ate a waffle. It tasted wonderful. After that we went home, because we were tired.

I´m also went to the mine, because today the sun is shining. A wonderful day for a walk. I´m very interest in this area of Germany, because they have lot of mines. An old mine I have seen. You can see it in my backround.

Today I visited the headquarter from Thyssen Krupp. It is a wonderful architecture building. Oh, I like it... It is in middle of the City from Essen. Now, I´m going home. I´m soooo tied.
