Travelog for: Alien Princes

Hello!  I am Alien Princess!  I'm not a baby, I am a big girl!  Well nearly a big girl.

I came out of this little packet.


Mary and Joseph were just waiting around for their own baby who will be born tomorrow so they were glad to let us share their stable in Leslee's livingroom.






I want to go on my travels just like my Mum Alien Queen.  I think I will have lots of adventures.

Momo here is a ToyVoyager too and he told me that today is Christmas eve!!!
It is going to be Christmas tomorrow.


Momo is going to look after me for a little while.

I am so excited to do lots of things, everything is new to me!!

Hello Mommy,

Oh there was so much happening here, I just watched and Momo helped me.
I went out with my host delivering Christmas presents


Then watched my host make a messy boy's bedroom tidy again

Those toy baskets do not look nice to sleep in!

We all had toasted sandwiches, vegetable sticks and ham for tea

Now time for bed.
It was such an exciting day for me.
I wonder what will happen tomorrow!?

It's Christmas day!!!!!


This morning the presents were opened.


There was paper everywhere!

Look at these presents!!


Yewlee likes her new basement!!


We are going to Grandma and Grandad's house for Christmas dinner.  Momo said we should sit in this Christmas stocking to keep safe.


It was a long time waiting for our Christmas dinner

so Grandma gave us something to play with.  A Christmas cracker.


Dinner's here!

There was roast turkey, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes stuffing, mashed carrot and swede and sprouts.  Mmmmmmmm.

and then for desert...

Christmas pudding in white sauce!

It was all so yummy.  I helped wash the dishes afterwards.


After that it was time to play.  Owen was playing on the DS so I ate some chocolates.


I stopped for a while to watch my host Leslee, knitting.

This knitting kit was a Christmas present.

Oh my goodness, then there was more food! 

Sandwiches, pork pies, olives, picked onions, crisps and salad, followed by mince pies and cream.

So much happening!

Hello Mommy!

I went out of the house today.  The weather was warm and dry.
I walked past a field of horses.


A man was walking to the horse with hay to eat.  The horse was excited.
I could see Water World too.

I went to a big shop that sells lots of things.  This is the childrens' craft department.


I like the toys best.


I went upstairs to see the furniture.


I could see a lot of things from up here.


I came down the escalator.


I like these.  I bought some.


I was in the shop for so long that it was dark when I came out!!

I had some Cola and a chocolate frog.  I shared it with Momo.

I liked walking home in the dark.  I saw Christmas lights on houses.

Hi, I have been shopping.

I took shopping bags.


It was very windy so I didn't take photos outside.

I got this ball from a machine.  There is something in it!

Time to do some recycling.  My host has recycling bins at her apartment.

Hi, I went to york town today. 
The first thing I saw was the model shop.

It is called Monk bar model shop because it is under the Monk bar.
It sells train sets, model cars and kits for making planes and boats.


Monk bars is a big gate in the medieval wall.  The wall goes all the way round the city.

I had a sausage roll.  You eat them like this from the paper bag.


I love this nativity scene I found.


It started to rain.

Then I came upon this place at the Coppergate center.

I bought some giant candy laces.




I liked this in the Coppergate too.

It is a giant snowglobe to have your photo taken in.

Here is Clifford's tower.  Bad things happened there.  Some people call this the eye of York.


It got even wetter with the rain so I started walking back home.

Can you see the York Minster at the end of this street?


I could see some swans on the river but I think they are too far away in this photo to see.

I saw this hippopotamus from across the road!

That building used to be a cinema.


I put some money in the pot



On the way back I went into the model shop and actually went in.

I walked back in the rain along an old railway line which is used for bikes now.


I decided to stay at the cycle track for a while on my own but I got very wet and my host ran back to get me.

Here I am, a bit soggy from the path and still smiling.

My host treated me to fish and chips

Hi it is my Mum Alien Queen!!!  Finally she has arrived.  She wasn't actually sure where she was but now she is back and ready to have adventures.
Yay!!

Well after she arrived in York and I had time to catch up with Alien Queen at a cafe.


I shared the candy that she brought with her :OD

But then it was time to get busy already!
I went in a car to town and parked in a multistory car park.


Most's Mum did some clothes shopping in the sale.


Then we bought some nice food in a supermarket.  My host said some of the food was for our new year party.



Back at home, I helped my host work on Yewlee's house.  It was tiring work,


Then it was almost midnight!  That means the year will end and a new one begins!
We sat at the window to watch fireworks.

and counted down, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, ...
but we couldn't see the fireworks.  We could only hear them!

So quickly we ran to the television to see the fireworks at London instead.

Then it was time for bed

I got to go to work!  My host works in a school but there were no children there yet so I played.




I went in the cave and helped paint bugs with glow-in-the-dark paint.

My host was poorly so we stayed here sewing and eating biscuits.

Hi there, I am going to America!!!!

This was so exciting.  I put things in the envelope and then I got in.
I will probably take two weeks to get there but it might even take five weeks!!
I hope it is a fast journey.

Whew! It was a long journey, but I am so happy to be here.

It is nice and sunny outside~! Jillyfish promised to drive us into the city this weekend.

Good morning! I am having a great time in Minnesota.

Yesterday we went to the Mall of America. It was so much fun~! I will have my host upload pictures when she gets home from work. It is nice and sunny today, and I am playing with the cats.

Last weekend we took a trip to the Mall of America. It was amazing! It has 520+ stores, an aquarium, and an amusement park with over 25 rides. It is said that 258 Statues of Liberty could lie inside the Mall. We walked all over the place!

We got there right when it opened on Saturday morning. There weren't many people there yet, so you can see how huge it is:


Nickelodeon Universe was fun, too! There are fun rides for kids. Can you see Spongebob?


I even got a photo with the President! (Although, it wasn't the REAL Obama)


Yum~! My host has such a sweet tooth for candy. We picked out some jellybeans.


We visited the Minnesota store to pick up some postcards.


I met a humungous Valentine bear. Aww! He was so sweet!


Then we saw Lego Land!!! We just HAD to take a closer look!


Can you see this? They created life-size structures entirely out of Legos. I was very impressed!


Then I found a familiar face. It's Woody from Toy Story!




Whoa! Look at this-- the whole wall was covered in bins of Legos in every color imaginable.


Then we decided to try building something ourselves.


Look what my host made for me. I have a tower!


I saw many stuffed animals being made with love over here in the Build-a-Bear Workshop.

Finally, we stopped in the Mall of America gift shop. The clothing was all too big for me, but I did get a little something.


Then it was getting dark, so we made our way back to the car. Going up~!
