Hi there!
We took a small road trip this weekend to go see my Host's family. The snow is already melting over there! 



I helped navigate! I love it when it's nice and sunny here.



We even found a postbox! I thought that was rather neat.



It sure was fun! My host has to work on Valentine's Day..... so, maybe we'll have our own Valentine's celebration, or go somewhere special. We'll see!

We are having a belated Valentine's Day party! We went shopping to buy some party supplies. It will be quite a fun get-together! <3

I found some Valentine Teddy Bears. Those chocolates look yummy..... maybe I'll bring one home for my Mum!

My host is getting these chocolates to give out to her little cousins. Aww~! How sweet!

We also had to buy some roses for the table centerpiece. They'll brighten up the whole room!

Hello!
Last weekend, we went to see a movie. It was so nice! It was too dark in the theater, so none of our pictures turned out right. But it was a good movie! We shared a large popcorn and pop.




When we came out of the theater, it was snowing! We had to drive home carefully because all the roads were icy and there was a Winter storm warning!  So, when we finally got home, I snuggled in a blanket to get warm.


We are sitting on the front stoop this morning while waiting for the mail. You can see the view from my Host's house and the snow!


Wonderful! We welcomed Herb. He is a very nice TV. We have become good friends already!

Hi!
Yesterday, we went to a really cool place! It was an indoor trampoline park called "Skyzone". You had to wear special shoes, or jump barefoot. They didn't have shoes in my size though. I loved bouncing up, and down, and all around! It was tiring, but SO much fun!


There were lots of kids there, and even a foam pit to jump into.


There's LOTS of snow coming down here in Minnesota today. We are supposed to get about a foot of snow! I think my Host and I will take a scenic walk through the Park Preserve. I'll post pictures!

Hello, Mum!
We saw some very pretty snowfall this morning! We went out and played in it.


Can you guess where I'm hiding?




Yep, I'm in a tree!


I found another tree that is really tall! I liked climbing it! I'm a monkey and that's what I do best.






We had so much fun playing in the snow! My host says we are supposed to get lots more, too, and maybe we'll go skiing.

Hi!

I helped my host move into her very first apartment. It was very exciting!

..... but also stressful! We carried lots of big moving boxes inside. Whew! It was hard work. I helped bring in the little ones here.



We are now just 2 minutes from the Park Preserve. It is truly beautiful there. We walked around for about an hour because it was such a nice day outside!





I climbed a tree to get a better view.




You can't quite tell, but a lot of the snow has melted already!

Hi, Mum!
I just wanted to let you know I'm still here in Minnesota, and having a lot of fun.

Saturday was St. Patrick's Day! I met a new Toy Voyager named Pricilla. We had a nice holiday searching everywhere for something green to wear. Finally we found this:



My host has the day off tomorrow. We're thinking about seeing some more cool sites. Miss you!

Guess where we went~!

We took a long walk last Saturday.....

until we finally arrived to the Minnesota State Capitol!



It was cloudy and rainy, but the building was so impressive!

We took the official tour, and even got to go up to the roof!





It was very cool to see where all the legislature is created and voted upon. I had a great time!

Today I'm heading off to another host! Time for me to move on and see new things.

We took a last walk through the Elm Creek Park Preserve near my host's house. All the snow has melted, and Spring is just sprouting.

Alien Princes arrived safely in Iola, KS!

We visited the Farmer's Market this evening and bought a few things. The vendors were closing down while we were there, and some nice ladies gave us peach pies and cinnamon rolls, too!

Today we enjoyed great company and delicious food at the SDA church supper!

Host mom and her oldest daughter went ghost hunting at the Pythian Castle! They joined members of the Paranormal Task Force and learned how to use some really cool equipment! Host mom was worried she'd lose TVs if she brought in everyone, so she only took 5. I was one of the lucky 5! It was a mostly quiet night, but there was an electromagnetic field that hovered in one room for over half an hour that had no explainable source we could figure out! Some women felt their hair pulled and backpacks pulled on, and then could not initially leave the tunnel below the castle. They got really spooked, but host mom and her daughter didn't experience any thing scary! For more pictures of their experience, you can click here!

On the way home from visiting the haunted castle, we stopped at the Precious Moments chapel to take a break and breathe in the peace and beauty that is there.

Host mom stopped at Twin Trestles to take a photo shoot with us this morning. The sky was pale gray and threatening rain, and the late summer flowers were in bloom, but the leaves aren't turning autumn colors yet. The water in the river was nearly all dried up. This is one of host mom's favorite local places to take pictures!
