I've been said my first destination is a beautiful country with a very long history and an amazing culture, and I'll be hosted by a lovely lady who will make my stay just wonderful!!!  So there I go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello people! 
Greetings from Greece! I opened up my eyes and found myself in a busy and loud home with crazy people and a cat staring at me.  It felt weird at first, esp cos my host kept on hugging and squeezing and kissing me but it started to feel normal right away. But really now, what is going on with her obsession about my belly button? 
Oh, I met some rather interesting guys too. Funny though, they live on a tree! The man on my left is quite a dude!

Haaaaaaaaaaa........ 
I am freezing here and my crazy host has decided that some sightseeing would be nice! Really? Really?  You are covered with coats, scarves and gloves! Poor me, how can I enjoy the Monastiraki and the Acropolis in just my delicate fur? 
PS Secret: I loved it despite my nag!

My host and her family have invited me for lunch and they promised me a piece of the traditional New Year's cake but instead  there I was on the top of the cake!!  They say it  will bring me good luck!  And many long and adventurous travels, I add.  I wish the same to all of you too!

300 days with sun in Greece and my host has decided that I should see Athens when it is cloudy! 
I went to the Acropolis people! It was windy, it was also raining a bit, nobody thought of giving me a scarf but I survived! 
I saw many nice things today, I gathered lots of information on Athens, its History and saw some amazing Ancient Architecture.  My most favorite thing was me climbing on the Areopagus.    The view to the Acropolis was amazing but thinking what the Areopagus was used for and  how cold and windy it is always there I can only think one thing: Those Ancient Greeks must have been crazy!!!! 

It is raining for the 4th day in the row.  Me not likes! My hostess walks up and down and occasionally checks the window to see if the rain has stopped. She likes the rain but due to a cold "I cannot even take Camila out for a walk" as she says. 
I am happy here  though, it is warm and can play with the kitty if I wanted to.  I said, IF I wanted to! 
But a while ago when she went to out to cut some fresh herbs from the pots I snack into her pocket and took a deep breath of fresh air.  I must confess, my tushy froze!

This means, "good morning mom"! I have already picked up some Greek as you can see and I am proud of it-it is not easy I tell you! 

Have I told you about my hostess' sister? As lunatic as my hostess!  Last night she saw the Mission Impossible trailer and thought I was Tom Cruise somehow! So I ended  up doing acrobatics with one hand. The feeling was great!!!!  But I did not get paid for it! 

Later on my hostess and I did some baking. Orange cake... No, a cup cake was not too big for me, I could eat more but my hostess thought it would be bad for  my silhouette. 

Mom guess what!!!!! Today I gave my first English lesson!!!!  Boy am I good at it! Laaaaaalalalalalaaaaaa!!!!!  I always knew a multitalented girl like me would be useful. 
Hope tomorrow will be as fun as today.

Oh sunny day!!!!!!! 
I woke up, drunk a hot caramel chocolate and went out to see what Aegaleo is about. My hostess had to go to the post office to get a packet, do some shopping  in the local fruit and vegetable market and decided to tag along. 

11:45 am - I visited the place I will start my next journey from, the post office. It was warm but cosy-sort of familiar. cannot wait to get there again and start another journey.

12.10 pm - Then we went to the Metro Station-it is considered to be one of the best in Europe. And it is clean!  Aegaleo is one of the oldest areas in Attica, it means "people of the goats" and it is full of Antiquities.  Many of them are exhibited in the Metro Station!  They look fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

12:15 pm - On the surface I saw the Church of the Crucified Jesus. Unfortunately my hostess is not religious so I did not get in. 

12:30 pm - We met Katerina at the vegetable market. I think she likes me cos she said she wants to introduce me to "Sweet", her puppy. You think something good might turn out?  I better look my best when we meet!

Scrabble night tonight! Remember telling you that we met Katerina at the vegetable market and she invited me.. well, all of us... to meet Glykas?  I had a greeeeeeeeeat evening!!!!!!!
Katerina and George are very nice and their baby boy Glykas (means Sweet) is what his name means!  Yeah... love at first sight!  Sorry mom!  Can you see how nice he was? He held me by the fire place. How can I resist? 
I met a nice Spanish boy also, bad Toro, but I grabbed him by the horns as you see so who is the boss now?  Oh oh oh, and they have a huge sword from Toledo! It felt to much like home! 
Later in the evening we played Scrabble. Boy am I good in Greek already! I won!!!!!! If you think Glykas is frowned, you are right! Men hate to lose!  And have also learnt to write my name in Greek: KAMIΛΑ.

Kalo apogevma manoula!!!!! (Good afternoon mommy!)

I am resting today after a day full of adventure and danger.....  Well, medium danger.... You know....  Haaaahaaaaaa!

George asked my host if I was allowed to go on the mountains with him, Phil and Glykas. I batted my eye-lashed at Roula and she said yes! And so, there I was snowboarding with the boys. 

I was good at it! I have a video to prove it. And no, the fact that I was tied on George's snow-board does not mean my skills are not worthy. Please now! 
But I have to admit, I have no clue how I ended up on the tree.  Don't be mad mommy OK?  After all, Phil and Glykas were taking a good care of me. 

My host is a bit under the weather  (cheer up yo!  ) so my other sweet host  has decided to show me her work place and to get to meet new people.  After all, there are so many peole who have to know how wonderful I am! 
First of all I have to let you know that my younger  host is a fan of "Games of Throne" and sort of makes me watch it. Well, better that the news! 
The other day I was in a book store in Athens. So there I was in a place I loved! Is there any place better than a book store? I mean, it is a BOOK STORE!!!!!!  And I got to help with the receipts! Can you see how proud I am? 
I was told my next destination will be Madrid so I had to check the maps, just in case, you know... 
The boss was not there and they told me it was a pity not to have met the silliest person on this city. Oh well.... but I got to sit in his chair, lalalalalaaaaalaaaaaa!
