Voyager of the Week Archive: Fiete

This is Fiete a previous winner of Voyager of the Week.

Fiete is the friendly cow TV from Germany whose travelog started back in October 2009, thanks to mentor Hummel.

That same month he found himself travelling to Bedford Nova Scotia, Canada to stay with host Rennire. During his visit here Fiete celebrated Halloween with some pumpkin-carving and visited Halifax Harbour, Point Pleasant and Mt Olivet Cemetery (which is a known resting place for some of those who were onboard the Titanic).

He journeyed over to the Czech Republic for Christmas 2009 and came bearing a box of smarties for host Misagan who told him that these sweets were known as 'Lentilky' in her country. In return, Misagan treated Fiete to a welcome drink known as ''Banana Republic!'' Together they prepared for christmas and baked gingerbread, bread known as ''Vanocka'' and some ''Wasp Nest'' sweets.

His next stop was Okinawa, Japan to see JaymeC. Whilst here Fiete got to enjoy Renassaince Resort, visit UNESCO site Nakagusuku castle and bury fellow TV Haggis up to his neck in the sand during a trip to the beach!

His adventures with JaymeC didnt stop there though as she took him back to San Diego, California where he had the opportunity of going to a rodeo, Sea World, Disneyland....and a Krispy Kreme shop! (Well all that travelling works up quite an appetite after all)

Eurydike was the next host to offer him adventure in Germany as together they went geocaching.

Fiete is currently back in Canada but this time with host Smaug. So far his outings have included a walk to the summit of Prairie Mountain to see some breathtaking landscapes and he has also been skiiing!
