Voyager of the Week Archive: Stuart the Lion

This is Stuart the Lion a previous winner of Voyager of the Week.

It's supposed to be summer here in England at the moment but, true to tradition, it's raining. So we decided to look to the travelogs for a bit of summer inspiration.

Stuart the Lion had exactly what we needed - plenty of bright pictures from his travels in Estonia, Finland and Switzerland. His yellow fur looks great against a clear blue sky!

He started in Tallinn, Estonia where his mentor, MarionJ, decided to help him travel the world. She asked for hosts in the ToyVoyagers forum and got together a list of people for Stuart to visit. His first stop was with Delenna in Finland, who showed him a great time and wonderful scenery in Tampere, Porvoo and Helsinki. He has just arrived with Annbear in Switzerland and it looks like the theme has continued - his first travelog updates showing the glorious mountain views from Alpnachstad.

So our thanks go to Stuart, MarionJ, Delenna and Annbear - you have brightened up a very rainy day :)
